Happy Friday, Indeed

Topic: A Day in the Life of a Divorce and Family Law Attorney

It was indeed a Happy Friday, apparently not just for us at The Family Law Firm but good news all around from the good guys. I like that. Everyone was in good spirits today and working hard as always. What would I do without all the wonderful people on our Staff? I left very early from work this morning to go take Zoya for her college shopping. She's hard to shop with because she compares everything and it has to be perfect. I guess that's part of the reason she's going to Stanford!

While I was at work, I got a chance to review documents from several opposing counsel. Same stuff, different day. Always the same griping, complaining and posturing. Could you imagine having a job that involves constant fighting and bickering? That's what it's like. And then once in a great while you get an opposing counsel who is actually cooperative and smart. Not too many of those out there. That's what keeps the Family Courts in Albuquerque so busy - all those NM divorce attorneys who insist on fighting over nothing most of the time. How frustrating is that?

Well I guess you know what I'm thinking today, yeah. But aside from that, things are great on the homefront. We are getting lots of compliments on our billboard, thanks to the expert design work by our Firm Administrator and Marketing Director, Jacob Olsen. He is good. He's great! And he belongs to The Family Law Firm, that's the best part of it all! We are so lucky to have him.
