Topic: A Day in the Life of a Divorce and Family Law Attorney

When I think of Sandra Tafoya, one of our most valued members of our Staff, I am amazed that we were so blessed to get her on board. My friend, Linda Ellison really helped me get all the good people we have on our Staff. I miss Linda. Anyway, Sandra used to work for other New Mexico Family Law Firms where they didn't respect her or treat her like she knew anything. She was bursting with talent and enthusiasm that they just ignored. When she came to work at The Family Law Firm, we gave Sandra's wings a chance, and she flew high and now she's one of the most accomplished and technically sound paralegals I have ever met. She had to take a few weeks off from work and right before she left, she did the impossible. She worked on ALL of her cases and got them all caught up so that while she was gone, there wasn't much to do on her cases except for minor things.

Today I just found out that she's coming back to work on Wednesday. I'm so excited and I know all the Staff is really looking forward to having Sandra back. She loves her job and she cares about the work that she does. I can't tell you how valuable and rewarding that is for me as a boss to see. I really appreciate Sandra and all the hard work she does for the Firm. Sandra is always welcome back, whether she's on vacation or taking a few days off, she's always always welcome back with open arms. So long as I have a job, so will she!

Next paralegal I'll talk about in another post is Barbara Bond. She's incredible. I don't know how else to describe her. But when you hear about Barb you will be amazed too. She's an awesome paralegal.
