Topic: A Day in the Life of a Divorce and Family Law Attorney

Finding good Staff is one of the hardest things to do when you own your own business. I think it's even harder when you are running a Law Firm. When you interview attorneys, you are dealing with tons of ego in the case of most interviewees. Some of them have no clue what to expect and others think they already know it all. When you find the perfect fit for your own Firm, it's called a blessing. That's what we found in Robert Matteucci, (or Bob Matteucci), who last week, joined The Family Law Firm as an Associate Attorney. We are so pleased to welcome him to our Firm and are looking forward to a long and successful journey together with him.

Now don't you all think you can take advantage of him because he's new. He's a heck of smart fellow and he understands business and law better than most.

Since our Firm is growing, we are running out of office space! So we are figuring out logistics on where to put the new attorneys. By the way, I have another surprise announcement that I will be making in about mid-September about another new Associate joining our Firm. I'm terrifically excited about him. When you meet up in Court with him, you'll understand why!

I'm off today, writing this from home. I want to spend time with Zoya before she leaves to Stanford in a couple of weeks. I am gonna lose it when I have to say good-bye to her and I'm not looking forward to it. So I will see you later, and help me in welcoming Bob to our Firm. Felissa M. Garcia
