My Daily Personal Life, by Felissa M. Garcia

Today is Sunday, a day of rest for me.?? I did go for a walk this afternoon, trying to lose all this weight that I gained in the last year!?? I guess it's true that when you are happy with your "mate" you eat and enjoy, and that's exactly what I have done.?? So now it's time to lost the weight again.?? I also meditated for one hour.?? I am trying to do this every day and you know what, it's really helping me!?? God knows I need the help.?? My life is a complicated bunch of so many different things that I need to be able to handle all of this somehow.?? I often think that I have the weight of the world on my shoulders, running a large Family Law Firm, I have three kids, one grandson, a great husband and 5 dogs.?? Right now it is getting late so this post will be short.?? I want to get up early tomorrow and try to work out on the treadclimber and the only way to do that is to go to sleep early!??

??I planned my schedule for the week.?? I don't have many appointments, but I do have Court on Thursday in Socorro, NM against an attorney who basically owns that town so that should be really really fun, haha.?? Poor guy is really full of himself, but I have also been full of myself at times so I can identify it easily when I see it in someone else.?? How's that for truth?!

So it's goodnight for now.?? We'll see what's interesting in the news and in my own life tomorrow.?? I'll talk to you then.??
