Started Exercising Today!

Yay today I finally pulled it together and started exercising again. This morning I exercised on this thing called a TreadClimber. It's actually a really good piece of exercise equipment and got my heart rate going just where I needed it to be for fat burning. Goodness knows there's a lot of it there to burn. Little by little, and day by day, is going to be the only way I can do this because if I think about myself 3 months in the future, I would be overwhelmed by all the exercise I need to do between now and then.

So I never ended up going to the Albuquerque Women's Bootcamp after all. It really sounds like a neat thing for women. I just wish I had had the motivation and energy to wake up that early (5:00 a.m.!!) to get there by 5:30 a.m. Seems impossible to me. Although, you know since I was a very young girl, one of my big goals was to be able to wake up early in the mornings. My dad used to get mad at us when we were little when we slept late so now when I do I feel guilty. Maybe soon I will get enough motivation and energy to wake up at 5 a.m. and live more of my life than I do now. I really think that we don't appreciate time, or our health, until we don't have it anymore. I don't want to have any regrets later on.
