Zoya was so nervous to try out for the Stanford Symphony Orchestra but she did it and she got in officially this week! She plays the violin so beautifully and I'm so proud of her!
Thank goodness for good news like that because otherwise, I'm having some serious blues. As hard as I try to be positive about people and about their goodness, I seem to be constantly disappointed. As a matter of course, I trust very few people and how I'm feeling today, it appears that I'm right not to trust. Ugghh. Just not having a good day I guess.
I got to leave the office early today, partly because I'm catching what everybody else has, but partly because I just felt disillusioned with certain situations going on in my life right now. Oh well, that's just the way it goes. Back to standing on my own two feet and keep on moving forward on my own with my beloved staff. I hope I feel better tomorrow - I start training again with my personal trainer, Daniel Rocha, so I can lose this weight that I've gained over the last couple of months. Yuck. I'm sure I'll feel better after working out! Talk to you soon. Felissa M. Garcia
